Recently, seven cultural and tourism projects in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture were included in the first batch of new scenes for Hunan’s cultural and tourism consumption, including Pengche River Rafting of Baojing County, Fenghuang Yangzi Cultural Village of Fenghuang County, the cliff hot spring hotel Tingtaoju in Bamian Mountain of Liye Town in Longshan County, Zhushan Villeggiatura Homestay Inn in Fenghuang County, Tusi Campsite Resort of Laosicheng Village in Yongshun County, and Night Market of Biancheng Scenic Area of Huayuan County, and Furong Town Scenic Area of Yongshun County.
In order to innovate new scenes for cultural and tourism consumption, strengthen financial support, unleash the potential of cultural and tourism consumption, and promote the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry, 200 projects have been selected in the first batch of new scenes for Hunan’s cultural and tourism consumption organized by Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism in August this year.
They cover 12 categories, including fun sports, cultural and museum arts, music performances, featured homestay inns, study tour, health care and leisure, and immersion space.
Among the seven projects, many cultural and tourism projects are quite unique and popular among tourists.
The Pengche River Rafting Scenic Area is famous for its secluded valleys, beautiful cliffs, peculiar rocks, and lucid water, where tourists can enjoy its natural landscapes when rafting.
Fenghuang Yangzi Cultural Village, based on Fenghuang’s natural landscapes, and historical and cultural resources, has built itself into a comprehensive cultural and tourism project that integrates sightseeing, tourism, shopping, and entertainment, where tourists can feel the unique charm of the “cultural city”, “hero city”, and “folk city”.
The Tusi Campsite Resort integrates leisure and entertainment, special games, tent barbecue camps, where tourists can invite friends to enjoy sunrise, a sea of clouds, homestay inns, and amusement projects.
